Voltaboards don't charge shipping costs to all countries in Europe.
After we send out your order you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. In this e-mail you can find information about the shipping and your tracking number.
Your order is shipped after you received the shipping confirmation by e-mail. In the table below you can see what the expected delivery time is for your order. Is your country not listed? Let us know and we will sort it out for you.

If you are not present upon delivery, the shipping company will leave a failed delivery attempt card for you. At this stage you need to contact the shipping company which is listed on the card. The door tag will have the shipping company contact details. Please contact them to locate where your order is being held. You will be able to pick up the order or make a new appointment for delivery.
It is possible to return or exchange your order within 30 days after payment. Please be aware that it is only possible to return or exchange when the product meet the return conditions. After register the return you can send the product(s) back to us. We recommend to send it with tracking number. We will refund your money after we received the goods and inspected them.
