We believe it is important that you can pay safely and easily without unforeseen costs. We therefore offer many different payment options, so that you can pay with confidence. Transaction costs are not charged for any of the payment methods.

You can pay your order online in various ways. For us it is important that you can pay safely and easily with no hidden costs. That is why we offer many different payment.

iDeal - The Netherlands

iDeal is the most used payment method in the Netherlands. You can only use iDeal when you have an bank account by one of the follow Netherlands banks: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Bunq, ING, Knab, Moneyou Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank or Van Lanschot Bankiers. All payments by iDeal will be deposited directly into our bank account so we can process your order directly. We don't charge any fee for payments by iDeal.

Bancontact - Belgium

Bancontact is the most used payment method in Belgium. Bancontacts online payment platform can be used by anyone with a payment card issued by Bancontact. More than 20 Belgian banks issue these cards, resulting in more than 15 million cardholders. Banks that issue Bancontact cards are: ABK Bank, Argenta, AXA Bank, Bank J. Van Breda, Belfius, Beobank, BNP Paribas Fortis, bpost bank, CBC Banque, CPH Banque, Crelan, Deutsche Bank, Fintro, Hello Bank, ING België, KBC Bank, Keytrade Bank, Nagelmackers, Record Bank and VDK Spaarbank. All payments by Bancontact will be deposited directly into our bank account, so we can process your order directly. We don't charge any fee for payments by Bancontact.

KBC/CBC - Belgium

The KBC/CBC Payment button is an online payment method for KBC and CBC customers, together the largest bank in Belgium. All payments by KBC/CBC will be deposited directly into our bank account, so we can process your order directly. We don't charge any fee for payments by KBC/CBC.

Belfius - Belgium

The Belfius Payment button is an online payment method for customers of the Belfius bank in Belgium. All payments by Belfius will be deposited directly into our bank account, so we can process your order directly. We don't charge any fee for payments by Belfius.

ING Home Pay - Belgium

The ING Home Pay is an online payment method developed by ING Belgium. By this way ING customers can easily pay through their own trusted online banking environment. We don't charge any fee for payments by ING Home Pay.

Giropay - Germany

Giropay is a popular payment method in Germany. All payments by Giropay will be deposited directly into our bank account, so we can process your order directly. We don't charge any fee for payments by Giropay.

Cartes Bancaires - France

Cartes Bancaires is one of the most used payment methods in France. All payments by Cartes Bancaires will be deposited directly into our bank account, so we can process your order directly. We don't charge any fee for payments by Cartes Bancaires.

EPS / Electronic Payment Standard - Austria

EPS is one of the most used payment methods in Austria. You can log in to EPS with the data you use to log into your own online banking environment. From here you can transfer money directly from your own payment account. All payments by EPS will be deposited directly into our bank account, so we can process your order directly. We don't charge any fee for payments by EPS.

Klarna: Pay later - The Netherlands, Germany, Austria & Finland

Klarna is a flexible payment solution that allows you to pay afterwards. Klarna will send the invoice after you have received the order, the payment term is 30 days. Klarna pay later is available for customers from the Netherlands, Austria, Germany and Finland. We don't charge any fee for payments by Klarna.

SOFORT Banking - Europe

SOFORT Banking is a European payment method where payments and donations can be made without having to make additional accounts. You can log in to SOFORT Banking with the data you use to log into your own online banking environment. From here you can transfer money directly from your own payment account. SOFORT Banking is one of the most used payment methods in Germany. This payment method is available for the follow countries: Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Belgium and Poland. All payments by SOFORT Banking will be deposited directly into our bank account so we can process your order directly. We don't charge any fee for payments by SOFORT Banking.

Credit card - Worldwide

Payment by MasterCard, Visa or American Express credit card are the most used payment methods for worldwide transactions. Your personal information will be secured by our SSL-server so the payment will be safe without any risks. All payments by Master, Visa or Maestro credit card will be deposited directly into our bank account so we can process your order directly. We don't charge any fee for payments by Master, Visa or Maestro credit card.

PayPal - Worldwide

PayPal is one of the most used payment methods for worldwide transactions. For payment by PayPal you need to create a PayPal account. After this you can connect your bank account or creditcard and make payments by PayPal. All payments by PayPal will be deposited directly into our bank account so we can process your order directly. We don't charge any fee for payments by PayPal.

Bank transfer - Worldwide

Payment by bank transfer is a popular payment method which is used worldwide. You will receive an email with our bank details when you choose for payment by bank transfer. Make sure you always add your order number in the description of the payment. Normally it takes 1-2 days before we receive the payment. After we received the payment we will process your order directly. We don't charge any fee for payments by bank transfer.

Can I pay afterwards or in installments?

Yes you can pay afterwards or pay in installments via Klarna.

Where can I find my invoice?

After you have paid you can find the invoice in your email. Also check your spam folder. Have you lost the invoice in your mailbox? Please contact us and we will send the invoice again. It is also possible that your email address has not been entered correctly. We can easily adjust these.

Why have I not received a payment confirmation yet?

Have you not yet received confirmation after a payment? Then check whether the amount has actually been debited from your account. As soon as the amount has been debited, you can be sure that the order has been sent successfully. It is possible that the payment confirmation has ended up in your spam folder. Check this out. Isn't this so? Please contact our customer service and we will provide a solution. Have you chosen to pay by bank transfer? Then it can take 1 to 2 working days before we receive the payment.

Why has my payment failed or declined?

We always check payments due to fraud sensitivity. We believe it is important to protect our customers against fraudsters. If your payment has been declined, unfortunately we cannot share with you on what grounds this is. We want to keep our way of checking secret. We cannot reverse a rejected payment.

What now? Your order has been canceled and you can place the order again if you still want to receive the product. Please choose a different payment method.

How do Voltes discount codes work?

You can use Voltes discount codes by entering the discount code during checkout. The discount is then immediately deducted from the total amount of your order.
